Lionel de Vasselot

Lionel brings 20+ years of operational leadership across property, hospitality, field services, and the gig economy in France and Greece.

He saw first-hand how weak records leave workers unpaid, employers exposed, and real work invisible when there is no trusted proof. That lived experience became the foundation for Scello's mission: to turn work sessions into verified, portable, dispute-ready proof.

As Co-founder and CEO, Lionel leads vision, commercial strategy, capital relations, partnerships, and market expansion. His focus is building Scello into the trust infrastructure layer for the future of work: protecting workers, strengthening employers, and creating a fairer system where proof replaces dispute.

Ashley Coleman

Ashley brings 25+ years of full-stack engineering experience across product, architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-driven systems.

As Co-founder and CTO, he leads Scello's product, AI, and technical architecture, and designed the Multi-Signal Trust Engine around one core principle: verify the session, not the person.

His vision extends beyond building a powerful verification platform. Ashley is helping shape the next generation of AI-native companies, where specialised AI teams work alongside human teams to build faster, operate leaner, improve quality, and solve problems traditional organisations cannot.

He believes the future is not AI replacing people. It is humans and AI working together, with humans providing vision, ethics, and leadership, while AI accelerates execution at scale.

Together, Lionel and Ashley are building Scello as a trust layer for work: proof that protects workers, gives employers confidence, and lets third parties verify what happened.
